First Fidelity REO was founded to manage the distressed asset portfolios acquired by US REO Fund and has rapidly expanded to aggressively manage and market assets acquired by its investor clients.

Founded by Farouk Sheikh, it is the culmination of a series of successful distressed asset acquisitions dating back to 2002.

Our superior management team is led by Mr. Sheikh who holds a Masters in Property Valuation and Law and a Bachelors in Economics from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE).  Mr. Sheikh is also the founder of Investec Corp and US REO Fund.

US REO Fund is an investment entity that acquires assets in SPV's that are sponsored both internally as well as by capital partners.

Prior to Investec, Farouk was CEO of Inmar Ltd., a pan African based IT solution provider.  He has also held positions at Citibank NA, Allsop & Co., the UK's largest property auctioneers, and various property companies.  He brings over 19 years of real estate investment and development expertise.
